Good Sport Fitness Adult Classes
Fall 2008 Classes
Begins Monday 9/8/08
- Monday 9:00 to 10:00 AM: Kick Boxing Interval class
- Friday 9:00 to 10:00 AM: Flexible Strength class
I am asking for a six week commitment at $5.00 a class. Checks can be made out to Pana DeGooyer for this six week session. You may choose both Monday and Friday or just pick one of the days.
Early Morning Circuit Class

On Wednesday mornings from 6:00 to 7:00, I will be teaming up with R.J. Windows (Chantilly Football Coach) at Belmont Ridge Middle School for a circuit class. This will be a drop in session at $10.00 a session. We are hoping to build a big community class. We might start off with a small group, but I have a feeling once the word gets out about this program the neighbors will want to come and see what it's all about. I am hoping to start this session, but I will need to see how many clients are interested in this format.
